If you would like to cancel your reservation with Royal Hounds Dog Park, we require a full 24 hour notice period to be given in order to gain a full refund.
To cancel your booking please contact Maxine directly by phone on 07940 166950 or via email on royalhounds5@gmail.com to inform me which allows me to process the refund.
By letting us know within that 24 hour period, we are able to offer a re-schedule but only under extreme weather conditions such as blizzards, thunder and lightning, heavy snow conditions. We do not reschedule for rain or low outside temperatures.
Please contact me direct if you have other reasons out of your control.
