Where are you based?
You can find us at East Lodge Barn, Sole Street, Gravesend, Kent, DA13 0XT.
What is included in the £15 booking fee?
The booking is for your own sole use of either Arena 1 or Arena, whichever you select. It is your own private booking and you are welcome to bring up to 6 dogs along.
Why does my booking last for 1 hour 15 minutes?
Your booking email will show that your booking is for 1 hour and 15 minutes. This is broken down into 1 hour of your own time in the arena and an additional 15 minutes which is the changeover time between bookings. That gives you enough time to get yourself back in your vehicle before the next customers arrive.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
All cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy which is available here.
